Also suggest you look up GamerPoets on youtube. Lots of support for Mod Organizer 2 and such but I think for someone who is brand new to it you will find Vortex much easier.
Seeing as I don't have the time to test every individual mod I'll just go ahead and do a fresh reinstall of fallout 4. it doesn't seem to be that though as Iv'e tested entirely fresh games on a different PC and it doesn't crash the game. I also have a mod called thicker beards that I downloaded on an external site as it was removed from the nexus. However I have no idea how to install mods such as cbbe or generally more complex mods, it just doesn't work. Ok, my mod list is very light compared to my full on 150 mod lists from console. I'd probably just take this as a learning experience and nuke Fallout 4 completely and do a 100% fresh download and find either a good guide to follow or go slow and careful. You can try posting the mod list here to see if we can spot a known issue that could cause this crash. Honestly it sounds like it is a mod issue. When you start modding the best thing to do is go slow and careful unless you are using a specific step by step guide that has been tested.
